What is in place today, and what is not yet.

This page describes how LEGENDS LIVE FOREVER LLC secures its website and company systems, and what business customers of CORE Navigator and the Psychometric Assessment Suite can ask us for.

Each statement describes the current state. Where something is still in preparation, we say so.

We do not hold a third-party security certification such as SOC 2 or ISO/IEC 27001, and we do not describe our own measures as audited.

Laravel Forge, through which our web server is administered, publishes a SOC 2 Type 2 report in its own trust center at trust.laravel.com. That report covers Laravel's service, not ours.

This website runs on a Laravel VPS server in Frankfurt, Germany, administered through Laravel Forge. Laravel VPS runs on DigitalOcean infrastructure.

Our company e-mail runs on Google Workspace.

Business customers can ask us for the hosting and service providers of CORE Navigator and the Psychometric Assessment Suite. They will also be listed in the data processing terms for these products.

The website is static. HTTP Strict Transport Security tells browsers to connect over HTTPS only, and a strict Content Security Policy blocks third-party scripts, framing of our pages and form submissions.

The website sets no cookies and uses no browser storage, analytics, advertising trackers or third-party content. The server keeps no log of page visits. Its error log is deleted automatically after no more than 30 days.

If you use or evaluate CORE Navigator or the Psychometric Assessment Suite with clients or employees, you will need documents for your own data protection records. We are preparing a data processing agreement with standard contractual clauses, a description of our technical and organisational measures, a deletion and retention concept and a template for a data protection impact assessment.

These documents are not yet final. If you need them for a procurement or privacy review, write to us and we will tell you their current status.

Status on 31 October 2026. We have assessed both products against the EU AI Act, Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 as amended by Regulation (EU) 2026/1744. Before we add a feature that uses AI to either product, such as written interpretations drafted by a language model, we will assess it under the EU AI Act and describe the result on this page.

CORE Navigator calculates your CORE profile with fixed scoring rules written by people. Your answers become points per CORE type, and the report uses prewritten text. It does not use machine learning or a language model. CORE Navigator is meant for self-reflection and for work with a coach or an equal business partner. It is not intended for selecting applicants or for decisions about an employee's employment.

The Psychometric Assessment Suite calculates every result with fixed scoring rules and target values that we defined for each instrument. It does not use machine learning or language models, and it does not learn from the answers it receives. The Suite is meant for coaching and personal development. We do not design or offer it for recruitment, candidate selection, promotion, dismissal or other decisions about employees.

How our instruments are built and scored, and where the meaning of a result stops, is described on our Methodology page. Neither product is used to select or rank people.

If you review our instruments against DIN 33430 or ISO 10667 for your own procurement, write to us and we will go through the documentation we hold with you.

If you believe you have found a vulnerability in this website or in one of our products, write to info@legends-live-forever.com with "Security" in the subject line. Please include enough detail for us to reproduce it.

Do not access, change or delete other people's data, and give us reasonable time to fix the issue before you disclose it. We do not run a paid bug bounty.
