See how you carry the demands of a leading role.

Running or leading a business asks a lot of one person. The Business Performance Diagnostic gives you and your coach a structured profile of how you sustain performance, where your energy goes and how you handle load. It is about the person, not company figures.

How it helps

A profile you can talk through with your coach.

Your coach invites you. You answer an online questionnaire about yourself, and your coach receives a structured profile to prepare the conversation that follows. The conversation can then work with shared terms for what is working, what costs you energy and what is worth changing.

It is a snapshot to discuss, repeated when your circumstances change. It does not forecast business results.

Illustrative situations

When this kind of profile is worth having.

Before your role grows
You are about to move from doing the work to leading the people who do it. Which demands of the new role will come easily, and which will cost energy?
After a demanding stretch
You have carried an unusually heavy load for months. A profile gives you and your coach a structured way to look at how you are working now.
When the same friction returns
The same problem shows up every quarter. Shared terms replace a vague sense that something is off.
