Advisory
Work through the decision with someone who has made it.
Alongside our software, we work directly with business owners and leaders through coaching, mentoring and consulting. The aim is a clearer question and a sounder starting point for the next decision about your role, your team or your responsibilities.
What it helps with
Three ways to work on the question.
- Coaching
- For an owner or leader who is changing their role. You get room to examine what you are ready to hand over, what you want to keep and what is holding the change back.
- Mentoring
- For someone stepping into more responsibility. You get a sparring partner who has run a company, made the hiring and role decisions and lived with the ones that went wrong.
- Consulting
- For a business problem that turns out to be about people and roles. You get a closer look at expectations and responsibilities, so the next decision rests on something you can explain.
With or without a profile
The products can be the starting point.
Where it helps, a CORE Navigator report or a profile from the Psychometric Assessment Suite can open the conversation. You do not need one to start; many questions begin with the situation itself.
The decision stays with you. Advisory is there to make the question sharper and the options easier to compare.
A profile describes the person. The other three are read in the conversation.
1. Person
Working style, values, response to pressure
The profile describes this.
2. Role
What the position demands
3. Context
Company, team, market, workload
4. Decision
What the person does with all of it
How it starts
From your question to an agreed scope.
- 01
Describe the situation
Write a few sentences about the role, the decision or the problem, and who is involved.
- 02
Agree the scope
Format, scope and terms are agreed for each engagement before any work begins.
- 03
Work on it
Coaching, mentoring or consulting, focused on the decision you want to be able to make and explain.
