This notice explains how LEGENDS LIVE FOREVER LLC handles personal data when you visit this website or write to our company e-mail address, including enquiries about our products and about coaching, mentoring or consulting.

It does not cover processing inside CORE Navigator or the Psychometric Assessment Suite, including the Business Performance Diagnostic and the Sales Performance Diagnostic; those services have their own privacy notices. When an advisory engagement is agreed, we tell you separately how we handle the information it involves.

LEGENDS LIVE FOREVER LLC is the controller for the processing described in this notice.

The company is based in the United States and has no establishment in the European Union or the United Kingdom.

When you open a page, your browser sends our server your IP address and technical request data, such as the page requested, the time and your browser's identification. The server needs this to deliver the page.

The server keeps no log of page visits. It keeps an error log for requests that fail, for example a request for a page that does not exist. An entry can contain your IP address, the request and the referring page. We use the error log to find faults and to protect the website.

The website sets no cookies and uses no browser storage. It has no contact form, analytics, advertising trackers, social media plug-ins or embedded third-party content. Fonts and images are served from our own server, so opening a page sends no request to anyone else. A link to another website only connects you to it when you click it.

If you e-mail us, we receive your e-mail address, your message and anything else you decide to include, such as your name, company, role or attachments. We use this to understand and answer your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare an offer or an engagement.

For an enquiry about coaching, mentoring or consulting, a few sentences about the situation are enough. Please do not send assessment results, health information or other sensitive personal details to this general mailbox, and leave out the names of colleagues or employees unless they are needed.

Writing to us is voluntary. We need enough information to understand your enquiry and answer it. Joram Höfs is the only person authorised by the company to read messages sent to this mailbox.

The website runs on a Laravel VPS server in Frankfurt, Germany, administered through Laravel Forge. Laravel VPS runs on DigitalOcean infrastructure.

Our company e-mail runs on Google Workspace, including Google Groups. Google processes messages to deliver and operate the service.

These providers process data for us to run the website and the mailbox. The server location does not establish where every provider service, support system or backup processes data.

Error log entries are deleted automatically after no more than 30 days. Ordinary enquiries are deleted 12 months after they are resolved.

Correspondence that forms part of contracts, accounting records or other legally required business records is kept for the periods those duties require. Records needed to investigate a specific security incident or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims may be kept longer.

Where the GDPR or the UK GDPR applies, we deliver the website and keep the error log on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a reliable and secure company website (Article 6(1)(f)). We answer business enquiries on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (Article 6(1)(f)). Where you ask us to take steps before entering into a contract with you, for example an offer for coaching, mentoring or consulting, the basis is Article 6(1)(b).

We do not use this information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it.

The company is based in the United States, so enquiries are read and handled from there. The web server is in Frankfurt, Germany, but the company and its service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. Contact us for information about the processing relevant to your enquiry.

Depending on applicable law and the processing involved, you may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, or a copy in a portable format.

Right to object: where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We then stop the processing unless we have compelling legitimate grounds for it or need it to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

To exercise these rights, write to info@legends-live-forever.com. Where the GDPR or the UK GDPR applies, you may also complain to a supervisory authority, in particular where you live or work, or where the alleged infringement took place.
