What it helps with
Make the team conversation more specific.
Looking at individual profiles side by side shows where working styles differ and where two people approach the same task from opposite ends. A team needs different strengths, and a profile helps people see those differences without ranking anyone.
How a team performs shows in delivered work, in decisions taken on time and in conflicts that get resolved. A profile makes the conversation about that more concrete. The improvement itself happens in the work.

- Individual profiles
- CORE Navigator reports for business owners, and profiles for business and sales roles from the Psychometric Assessment Suite. Each covers one person, and each person answers for themselves.
- Reading them together
- A coach can put individual results next to each other to prepare a team conversation. Using a profile in a team setting needs that person's agreement too.
- Planned
- Analysis across several people, at team and at organisation level, is a planned extension of the Assessment Suite. It is not available and we do not offer it.
