Business Psychometrics Applied
We develop psychometric software and work directly with businesses. A better understanding of people gives business questions a human perspective, especially when roles or responsibilities are changing.
Software development and business advisory.
01 / CORE Navigator
A clearer view of responsibility.
We develop and operate CORE Navigator. Its focus includes role clarity for business owners and coaches, particularly when delegation or responsibilities are about to change.
For example, an owner preparing to hand over part of their role needs to consider which responsibilities to keep and what the new role will require. CORE Navigator focuses attention on questions like these, giving owners and coaches a starting point for a more specific conversation.
02 / Psychometric Assessment Suite
The software side of psychometrics.
The Psychometric Assessment Suite is part of our software development and operations work. It sits alongside CORE Navigator within our focus on business psychometrics.
Our development work connects psychometrics with practical software design. The purpose of an assessment and the setting in which someone uses it shape the questions behind that work.
03 / Business advisory
Space to work through the question.
Our advisory work gives business questions room for reflection and a practical perspective. Coaching, mentoring and consulting connect the person with the business challenge at hand.
An owner considering a change of role might need to examine what they are ready to hand over. A business problem might call for a closer look at expectations or responsibilities. The purpose is to make the question clearer and give the next decision a sounder starting point.
04 / Psychometric development
Understanding, put into practice.
Our psychometric development work began in 2020 and focuses on its application in business. We work on assessment approaches and their expression in software.
The aim is a useful connection between an assessment and the situation in which someone will interpret it. Context matters, and so does being clear about what a result can reasonably tell you.
