This notice covers the LEGENDS LIVE FOREVER corporate website and enquiries sent to our company email. It does not describe processing inside CORE Navigator or the Psychometric Assessment Suite.

Joram Höfs (Joram Hoefs) handles enquiries sent to this address. Our services are offered to businesses worldwide, including in the European Union and the United Kingdom. The company has no establishments outside the United States.

Visiting this website

To deliver and protect a website, hosting and security services may process your IP address, requested page, request time, browser information and technical error data. This technical information supports website delivery, troubleshooting and security.

The website is hosted on Laravel VPS, administered through Laravel Forge, with the web server in Frankfurt, Germany. Laravel VPS runs on DigitalOcean infrastructure. The server location does not establish where every provider service, support system or backup processes data.

This website contains no contact form, analytics, advertising trackers or browser-storage functions. The website itself does not set cookies. The logo and fonts are served from our website rather than external font services.

Contacting us

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any details or attachments you choose to send. We use this information to handle your enquiry. Please avoid sending assessment results, health information or other sensitive personal details to this general mailbox.

Sending an enquiry is voluntary. We need enough information to understand and answer it.

Our company email uses Google Workspace infrastructure, including Google Groups. Joram Höfs is the only person authorized by the company to read messages sent to this mailbox. The email provider processes messages to deliver and operate the service.

How long we keep information

Our retention policy is 30 days for ordinary website access logs and 12 months after resolution for ordinary enquiries.

Correspondence that forms part of contracts, accounting records or other legally required business records is handled separately under the applicable retention duties. Records needed to investigate a specific security incident or establish, exercise or defend legal claims may need to be retained for longer.

Legal grounds and international processing

Where the GDPR applies, necessary website delivery and security are based on our legitimate interests in operating a reliable, secure company website under Article 6(1)(f). We handle general business enquiries on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business correspondence. Article 6(1)(b) applies where an individual asks us to take steps before entering into a contract with them.

The company is based in the United States and the web server is in Frankfurt, Germany. Our company and service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. A German server location does not mean that all processing is limited to Germany. Contact us for information about the processing relevant to your enquiry.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law and the processing involved, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. Where consent is used, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
