Our vision
People in their element.Businesses with direction.
Business Psychometrics Applied
We want to help build a business world where people understand the roles they take on, owners make deliberate choices about responsibility, and ambition has a direction people can explain.
An ambition that guides our work.
People in their element
A role worth understanding.
Being in your element means having room to use your strengths and a realistic understanding of what the work asks of you. It also means recognising where a role is demanding, and being able to talk about that honestly.
We want the conversation about a role to include the person doing it. Their perspective belongs beside the responsibilities on the page. That is part of the future our vision points towards.
Businesses with direction
Responsibility people can name.
Our ambition is for business owners to be able to explain why they keep a responsibility, why they delegate another, and what needs to happen when those boundaries change.
Direction should be understandable to the people expected to act on it. We want clearer conversations about what a role is for and what a decision asks of those involved. That aspiration shapes the questions we bring to our work.
What applied means
Understanding that reaches the work.
We want psychometric insight to have a useful place in business conversations. An interpretation should be understandable enough to examine, question and put in context.
Its practical value appears in the work: a coaching conversation with a clearer focus, or a more specific discussion about a change in responsibility. These are the kinds of everyday questions that give our vision a purpose.
The LEGENDS ambition
Build something you can stand behind.
Our vision leaves room for different kinds of ambition. Each business has its own circumstances, and each owner has choices to make about the business they want to build.
Our contribution is to give those choices more thought and a clearer basis. People decide what matters. Our work should give that judgement something useful to work with.
