Our values

What we stand for.How we work.

Business Psychometrics Applied

Our values set expectations for the work. They shape the questions we ask, the way we explain an idea, and the care we take when that idea concerns a person.

Clarity. Individuality. Substance. Action.

Make the point clear.

We value language that a person can understand and question. An explanation should make it easier to see what is being said, what it is based on, and where uncertainty remains.

In business, that also means being specific about responsibility. Who makes the decision? What is expected of a role? Where do people understand the same word differently? We prefer to make those questions visible so they can be discussed.

Leave room for the person.

People bring their own experience and circumstances to work. We believe any interpretation of a person needs room for that context and for the person's own perspective.

This principle matters when discussing an assessment or a change of role. A result can inform a conversation. The conversation still needs the person, and they should be able to question the interpretation rather than simply receive it.

Say what you can stand behind.

An idea should earn its place through a clear explanation and a reasonable basis. We value being precise about what is known and honest about what still needs to be understood.

That asks for care in the promises we make and the conclusions we draw. In psychometric work, an attractive explanation is only a starting point. Its purpose, context and limits deserve the same attention as the explanation itself.

Give understanding a practical use.

We want insight to help with something concrete. A more specific question, a responsibility made explicit, or a decision that someone is ready to own can each be a useful next step.

Action also means paying attention afterwards. Once an idea meets everyday work, there is something to learn. We value that feedback because understanding should remain open to what happens in practice.
